ESB – ENVIRONMETAL SECURITY BALANCE

It is a summary of technological-optimizing-preventive methods and analyses to ensure the dynamic balance of the environment of the community, city, region, state, part of a continent.

  • The aim is to ensure the maximum level of the landscape sustainability, the co-existence of human activities with nature.
  • The basic task is to ensure the protection against climate changes acroos the national economy.
  • The aim is to safely capture CO2 and reduce greenhouse gas emissions inot the atmosphere.
  • The role of the society is the feasibility and optimization of micro – climate security with the vision of positive impact on the global environmental challenges of the 21st

Water security

Global climate changes cause increasingly greater demands on the management of the water supply of the population and the economy.
Security of water economy throughout its width affects the development of community, region, country and continent.
The main task of the state is to ensure the security and continuity of water supply in the presence and in the future with as most perspective long term stabilization for broad sections of population and the entire national economy and save water effectively.

Energy security

The increasing population growth and increasing annual energy needs of the population and the economy has resulted in increasing energy needs on a global scale.
In terms of stability and sustainability of the national economy development it is essential to ensure stable sources of energy generation and the continuity of long-term energy carriers supply and reduce the energy consumption per capita on a long-term.

Food security

The population growth on the global scale and placement of agricultural commodities out of the food industry (into the energy industry), significantly reduce the stocks of agrarian products overproduction. The pressure on the producers of raw materials to the food industry and bio-energy will rise.
It is essential to build a sophisticated food security system, which aims to ensure sufficient production of raw materials to the food industry and animal production on the one hand and the new bio-energy and fuel industry on the other.

Development aid

Globalization and the growth in global trade, the world market intensifies the growth of differences between rich and poor regions. The reason is mainly the different developmnet of cultural and social life of the population and a very diverse educational structure associated with different knowledge and approach to nature.
International institutions and organizations sympathetise with less developed countries and contribute to developing programs of the least developed countries of the world.
Carbonless Technologies and Carbon-neutral Technologies are a suitable solution to prevent the spreading of greenhouse gases.
They can fulfill a very important task in regions with moraly obsolate technologies.
Their current development can be addressed using the latest technologies, which are much more environmentally friendly and can greatly affect the CO2 emission reduction in the states with the largest population of people with significant growth of consumerism and consumption of energy.

stability and business development

Carbonfree, carbon-neutral technologies and nanotechnologies markedly increase the competitiveness of the national economy, and lift up the added value.
Territories that build their business plans and their subsequent implementation on the new concepts of international trade policy and the economic dimension based on CLEAN GREEN ECONOMY ensure their population a high synergistic effect of socio-economic development of life

Cross-boarder cooperation

Global challenges in climate change necessitate cooperation between different states and monarchies, nations, nationalities and ethnic groups in programs to protect the environment and ensure the basic living conditions for future generations, generations of mankind.

Subsidy mechanisms of the European Economic Area

European Communities, recognizing their role and responsibilities to future generations, have developed financial mechanisms to support carbonless and carbon-neutral technologies. The aim is to motivate the community members and their global partners in the foreign policy area in climate and the environment protection.

Knowledge-Innovation Communities

The increasing pressure on the production capacities of basic ingredients and raw materials into the products reducing CO2 emissions can be reduced only by implementing new forms of technologica applications and processes and creating new „clean“ environmental friendly products. These facts can only be realized by a focused and addressed research, applications and innovations in specialized teams of professionals from the private sector and university research centres.
Knowledge-innovation communities and their programs will be included in the industry of strategic importance with the highest added value in the national economy as well as on a global scale.
